TROUBLE CAUSE REMEDY
On/Off Stop Control is "OFF" position

Disassemble, remove at the welded
section and rewind the line
Disassemble and rewind line in reel
Push the Bump Knob and pull out
line until 4 in. (102 mm) of the line is
outside of the cutting attachment
